Why us
Why North Wales businesses choose our window cleans
Honest about access
If your building needs powered access we say so at quote stage, and it is in the price.
Frames and sills included
Clean glass above a dirty frame looks worse than not bothering.
Frequency set to the building
How the building is used decides how often, not a default schedule applied to everyone.
Insured and documented
£10m cover and a method statement, which managed buildings and shared premises will ask for.
What it is
Window Cleaning, built to last in North Wales
Pure water leaves no detergent behind, so nothing is left on the glass to attract dirt and it stays clean longer. We do the frames and sills at the same time.
- Pure water reach-and-wash to around four storeys, with no detergent residue left on the glass
- Frames, sills and doors cleaned as part of the job, not left as a line below clean glass
- Internal glazing, partitions and atria where access allows
- Early, late and weekend visits, so we are not working around your people at their desks
- Powered or rope access arranged where a building is genuinely beyond pole reach
- Method statement and insurance provided for managed premises and shared buildings
- A frequency set to how your building is used, rather than a default of quarterly for everyone
Choices
The window clean options we offer
Frequency is the decision that matters. Access decides the method; how the building is used decides how often.
Monthly
For customer-facing premises where the glass is part of the first impression — showrooms, receptions, retail and healthcare. Also for anything on a busy road, where traffic film puts a haze back on quickly.
Six to eight weekly
The standard for most commercial premises. Offices, schools, industrial units and business parks, where the glass needs to look right without needing to look new.
Quarterly or one-off
For low-traffic buildings, or a single clean ahead of an inspection, an open day or a handover.
What is reach and wash window cleaning?
Reach and wash cleans your windows with purified water fed up a telescopic pole, usually up to four or five storeys from the ground. The water has the minerals filtered out, so it dries without spots and needs no detergent. Our operator stays on the ground, which takes away most of the working-at-height risk, and the frames and sills get done at the same time. Taller buildings, or ones we cannot get to, need a platform instead.
Commercial glazing across North Wales
Most of our window work is inland — the offices, schools, industrial estates and business parks in Bangor, Caernarfon, Llangefni and along the A55. A minority of premises sit right on the front and take salt off the sea, and those need doing more often. We set your frequency after the first visit rather than putting every building on the same schedule.
How we work
Our window clean process at a glance
No estimate priced off a drawing, and no crew arriving without knowing what they have walked into.
-
01
We come and look
We walk your building before we price it. Size, access, water, power, and what the other trades have left behind.
-
02
You get a fixed price
In writing, against a scope you can check. Your insurance and safety paperwork comes with it.
-
03
We put the right crew on
We size the team to your date. If your date moves in, we send more people.
-
04
We walk it with you
We check it together before we leave. Anything not right, we put it right while we are still there.
Living with it
Looking after your window clean
There is nothing useful you can do between visits, so the frequency has to do the work. Set it once and leave it. Sealed unit failure and scratched glass are not cleaning faults, but we point them out so you can get them looked at before they get worse.
Our guarantee
If it is not right, we come back
Tell us within 48 hours of the clean. We come back at our own cost, and we keep coming back until it passes.

FAQs
Common window clean questions
Accredited and insured
SSIP through SMAS Worksafe, CITB approved, NJORD for carpet cleaning, and a registered waste carrier with Natural Resources Wales. £10m insured. Certificates and RAMS go out with every quote, not on request.
Pure water pole systems reach around four to five storeys comfortably, depending on the building and what is in front of it. Beyond that, or where there are obstructions, conservatory roofs or restricted standing, the job needs powered access or a rope team. We will tell you which your building needs when we quote, and price it accordingly.
Because it is, and that is how the method works. The water is purified so it contains no minerals, which means it dries without spotting or streaking and needs no detergent. Judging the finish while it is still wet is the one thing that catches people out the first time. Give it an hour.
Six to eight weeks suits most commercial premises. Customer-facing buildings — showrooms, receptions, retail and clinics — usually want monthly, because the glass is part of what people see before they see anything else. Premises right on the coast take salt and need doing more often again. We will tell you which you are after the first visit.
Yes, where access allows and it is arranged in advance. Internal glazing, partitions and atria are normally done less frequently than external, and on occupied premises we will need to agree timing so we are not working around people at desks.
No. We are a commercial round only, which is what lets us work to your hours instead of ours. If you need a domestic window cleaner we will point you towards someone local rather than take the job on.
