Who we are
Cadnant Cleaning Services is a commercial and post-construction cleaning business based in Bangor, Gwynedd, working across Gwynedd, Anglesey and all of North Wales. We are the data controller for the information described below. You can reach us on 01248 665 290 or at info@cadnant.com.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, postcode and anything you write in the message field. We collect this because we cannot quote for work without it. We also record which page the enquiry came from, so we know what you were reading when you got in touch.
With your consent, we use cookies to measure how the site is used. You can decline these and the site will work exactly the same. Our live chat loads either way, so you can always reach us.
What we do with it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, provide a written quote, and carry out the work if you go ahead. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
Your enquiry is stored in our customer management system, which is provided by HighLevel, so we can keep track of the job. Data submitted through this website is transmitted directly to that system and is not stored on the website itself.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after 24 months. Records for work we have actually carried out are kept for 6 years, because we need them for tax purposes and to honour the workmanship guarantee.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ring us on 01248 665 290 or email info@cadnant.com and we’ll action it within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and advertising cookies only load if you accept them in the banner on your first visit — decline and nothing that measures or advertises to you is loaded at all.
Our live chat is the one exception. It loads for everyone, because it is how you contact us rather than a way of tracking you, and it stores a small amount of data in your browser so a conversation you start is still there if you move between pages. It does not follow you to other websites. If you never open the chat, nothing about you is sent to us through it.
You can change your mind at any time. Select Cookie settings at the bottom of any page and the banner will reappear so you can accept or decline again. Your choice is stored in your own browser, not on our systems, so clearing your browser data also clears it.
Got a handover date in the diary?
Send us the programme and the square metreage and we will walk the site. You get a fixed price with the RAMS, the SSIP certificate and the insurance attached.
