We are a family firm covering Gwynedd, Anglesey and all of North Wales. Most of our work is commercial. Builders and sparkle cleans for main contractors, and contract cleaning for offices, schools, surgeries and hospitality. You get SSIP accreditation, £10m cover and CITB-certified people, with the paperwork before we arrive.
Commercial work is what we do
You get builders cleans if you are a main contractor, and scheduled contract cleaning if you run an office, a school, a surgery or a hospitality site.

We come and look
We walk your building before we price it. Size, access, water, power, and what the other trades have left behind.

You get a fixed price
In writing, against a scope you can check. Your insurance and safety paperwork comes with it.

We put the right crew on
We size the team to your date. If your date moves in, we send more people.
- 04
We walk it with you
We check it together before we leave. Anything not right, we put it right while we are still there.

Send us the programme and the square metreage and we will walk the site. You get a fixed price with the RAMS, the SSIP certificate and the insurance attached.
