Commercial cleaning in Criccieth

Criccieth is small, and the work reflects it. There is no industrial estate and very little office space. What there is instead is a well-kept Victorian seaside town where most of the buildings are either hospitality or holiday accommodation.

Almost everything we do here is a version of the same job. Get a property to a standard a paying guest will accept, in the gap between one booking and the next, with no room to run late. Through the season that gap is a few hours, and it falls on the same day for most of the town at once.

That is the whole planning problem. Criccieth does not need a big crew for a long time. It needs the right crew on Friday and Saturday, reliably, for twenty-odd weeks. We book it as a round rather than take it call by call, because that is the only way it works.

Outside, exposure drives everything. The town faces south into Cardigan Bay with nothing in the way. The painted render that gives Criccieth its look is under constant attack — salt on the seaward walls, algae on the shaded ones. We soft wash here without exception. Much of this stock is old and the paint is doing real work keeping water out.

There is refurbishment work too. Properties change hands, guest houses get reconfigured, and those jobs end in a clean against a booking date somebody has already sold.
