Why us
Why North Wales businesses choose our sparkle cleans
Booked to the handover date
We schedule backwards from your walk-round date.
Detail is the whole job
Tops of doors, the underside of sills, the inside of the frames. The places a client's hand actually goes.
Same crew as the builders clean
Where we have done both, the team already knows the building and what was left where.
Snagging marks included
Scuffs and adhesive from the trades who went back in are in the scope.
What it is
Sparkle Clean, built to last in North Wales
This is the clean your client actually judges. Fingerprints on glass, dust on a sill, a scuff by a door handle. None of it is hard to fix, but all of it gets noticed on a walk-round.
- All internal glazing, mirrors and glass partitions polished streak-free, both faces
- Every surface detailed — worktops, sills, ledges, frames, skirtings and the tops of doors
- Ironmongery, sanitaryware, taps and fittings polished and any remaining film removed
- Floors finished to the manufacturer's method and left dressed as appropriate to the material
- Marks from snagging trades removed, including scuffs, adhesive and paint spots
- Final walk-round with you against the scope before we stand down
Choices
The sparkle clean options we offer
Timing is the whole thing with a sparkle clean. These are the three ways it usually runs.
Day-before sparkle
Done the day before handover so the building is seen at its absolute best. The tightest option, and the one that shows best, provided snagging is genuinely finished.
Sparkle plus a touch-up
A full sparkle a few days out, then a short return visit on the morning of handover for glass and high-touch surfaces. Sensible where trades may still go back in.
Plot-by-plot
For housing sites releasing plots individually. Each plot is sparkled to its own completion date rather than in one pass at the end.
What is a sparkle clean?
A sparkle clean is about presentation. We polish the glass inside and out, detail every surface and finish, clean the ironmongery and fittings, finish the floors, and take off any marks the snagging trades left.
The difference between a sparkle clean and a builders clean is timing, not effort. A builders clean takes a building from built to presentable; a sparkle clean is the last thing that happens before somebody who is paying for it walks through the door. Glass, frames, ironmongery, sanitaryware and every high-touch surface get done again, because snagging trades put dust and fingerprints back. It is booked to a date rather than a duration, and the date is usually one that has already moved once. If your programme compresses we put more people on it rather than starting earlier, because a sparkle clean done too soon is a builders clean by handover day.
Why this matters on a North Wales site
Weather matters here. If your handover week is wet, mud comes back into a finished lobby on every visit. It is worth agreeing floor protection and a touch-up up front.
How we work
Our sparkle clean process at a glance
No estimate priced off a drawing, and no crew arriving without knowing what they have walked into.
-
01
We come and look
We walk your building before we price it. Size, access, water, power, and what the other trades have left behind.
-
02
You get a fixed price
In writing, against a scope you can check. Your insurance and safety paperwork comes with it.
-
03
We put the right crew on
We size the team to your date. If your date moves in, we send more people.
-
04
We walk it with you
We check it together before we leave. Anything not right, we put it right while we are still there.
Living with it
Looking after your sparkle clean
A sparkle clean holds for as long as nobody goes back in. If a snagging trade returns after it, you will need a touch-up. That is the sequence, not a failure of the clean. If the building will stand empty for a few weeks, tell us — dust settles, and a short visit before occupation is far cheaper than doing it all again.
Our guarantee
If it is not right, we come back
Tell us within 48 hours of the clean. We come back at our own cost, and we keep coming back until it passes.

FAQs
Common sparkle clean questions
Accredited and insured
SSIP through SMAS Worksafe, CITB approved, NJORD for carpet cleaning, and a registered waste carrier with Natural Resources Wales. £10m insured. Certificates and RAMS go out with every quote, not on request.
Almost always yes, and it is usually the cheapest line on the job. The builders clean happens before snagging finishes, so trades go back in afterwards and leave marks, dust and fingerprints. The sparkle clean is what the client actually sees on the walk-round. Where the two are booked together we price them as one job.
The day before is normal and the morning of is possible on a smaller building. The limit is whether snagging is genuinely complete — cleaning ahead of a trade going back in wastes your money. If you are not sure the programme will hold, a sparkle a few days out plus a short touch-up on the morning is the safer arrangement.
If it is cleaning, we come back and put it right. That is the point of doing the joint check before we leave — most things get caught there, while we still have equipment and people on site. Tell us the walk-round date when you book and we will keep capacity for it.
A show home gets photographed and walked by buyers, so the standard is higher. Glass and floors matter more, and we allow more time for them.
