Daily practice clean
An out-of-hours clean before you open or after you close. The usual arrangement for dental practices and surgeries running normal hours, and the one that keeps us out of your appointment list entirely.
Cover through the session
A cleaner in the building while you are open, turning treatment rooms round between patients and keeping washrooms and waiting areas right through the day. Right for busy practices and walk-in clinics.
Periodic deep clean
No daily contract, just a scheduled deep clean through the year for a practice with its own cleaner. Floors, high level, vents, and everywhere a daily clean does not reach.
What makes cleaning a healthcare building different?
Three things, and none of them is the cleaning. You are working around patients, so timing and discretion matter more than they do in an office. Clinical areas have to be cleaned in a set order, working from the cleanest area to the dirtiest, so nothing is carried backwards. And the waste is regulated: sharps, clinical and offensive waste each leave by their own route, and you need paperwork showing it happened. Get those three right and the rest is ordinary cleaning done carefully.
