Rhyl
Commercial cleaning in Rhyl, done properly
Rhyl is the biggest town on this stretch of coast and the busiest for us by volume. It is a seaside resort with a large Victorian and inter-war building stock, much of it converted, and a lot of social and private rented housing. That makes void and end-of-tenancy cleaning steady all year rather than a summer spike.
Void work here is rarely light. Properties come back needing everything — kitchens and bathrooms stripped and sanitised, carpets lifted or deep cleaned, walls washed down — against a re-let date the housing team has already committed to. That deadline is the job. We do voids in batches, so a run of properties gets done in a block instead of one at a time over three weeks.
There has been serious regeneration money here too, on the waterfront and the market. Those schemes end in a handover clean on a public building, with a full documentation requirement. That suits us — insurance, accreditation and method statement go out with the quote.
Hospitality is the third strand. Guest houses, hotels and holiday flats along and behind the front, most of them multi-storey and rendered, taking weather straight off the Irish Sea. Salt and algae are relentless on the seafront walls and the glass needs doing more often than anything inland.
Denbighshire County Council is the authority. Rhyl is the eastern end of our patch and there is no call-out charge for it.
Rhyl is the east end of what we cover, and it runs into Denbighshire proper.
- Colwyn Bay — west along the A55, and the Mochdre estates
- Denbighshire — the county page, including Prestatyn and St Asaph Business Park
- Llandudno — the far end of the same coastal round

SSIP through SMAS Worksafe, CITB approved, NJORD for carpet cleaning, and a registered waste carrier with Natural Resources Wales. £10m insured. Certificates and RAMS go out with every quote, not on request.
Yes, and it is the bulk of what we do here. Voids usually need the full job — kitchens and bathrooms stripped and sanitised, carpets deep cleaned, walls washed down — against a re-let date that is already fixed. If you have a run of them, we will do them as a batch.
Yes, and that is how we prefer to work with housing teams and letting agents. Batching voids means one mobilisation, one crew and a predictable turnaround. Give us the schedule and the access arrangements and we will resource it properly.
Yes. Handover and builders cleans on public and commercial buildings are our main work, and they come with the documentation you would expect.
More often than anywhere inland. Rhyl takes weather straight off the Irish Sea, so glazing on the front dulls within weeks and rendered elevations green up fast. Monthly windows through the season is normal on the seafront; render is usually a soft wash every couple of years, and we will not pressure wash painted render because it strips the coating.
It is well within it, and there is no call-out charge. Rhyl is the eastern end of what we cover and we work the whole coast from here back through Abergele, Colwyn Bay and Llandudno as a matter of course.
