A family business
Twenty years in the trade
Cadnant is a family business. We have been cleaning commercially across North Wales for over 20 years. We set the company up formally in December 2023 to put a proper structure around work we were already doing.
We employ our crews and DBS check them. We do not subcontract. You know who is coming to your building, and we can put more people on when you need them.
We look at every job before we price it. Size, access, the state of the finishes, what the other trades left behind. That is why our prices hold.
We have held a place on the Isle of Anglesey County Council's cleaning framework since July 2025, appointed through the Sell2Wales procurement portal. Getting onto a framework means the accreditation, the insurance and the financial checks are all done up front, which is why councils use them.

Builders and sparkle cleans for main contractors, and contract cleaning for offices, schools, surgeries and hospitality. You get SSIP accreditation, £10m cover and CITB-certified people, with the paperwork before we arrive.

You get builders cleans if you are a main contractor, and scheduled contract cleaning if you run an office, a school, a surgery or a hospitality site.

Tell us within 48 hours of the clean. We come back at our own cost, and we keep coming back until it passes.
