Why us

Why North Wales businesses choose our carpet cleans

Drying time agreed first

We ask when you need the room back, then choose the method to hit it.

NJORD accredited

Trained and accredited, and working to the carpet manufacturer's guidance.

Right method for the fibre

Wool, nylon and polypropylene do not want the same treatment. Getting it wrong is permanent.

Honest about outcomes

Some staining and some wear will not come out. We tell you before, not after.

What it is

Carpet Cleaning, built to last in North Wales

Most commercial carpet is not worn out, it is dirty. Traffic lanes go dark because grit is ground into the pile. Clean it properly and you get years back out of a floor somebody was about to replace.

  • Fibre and soiling assessed, and the method chosen to match — extraction or low-moisture encapsulation
  • Traffic lanes and entrance matting treated specifically, because that is where the soiling actually is
  • Spot and stain treatment before the main clean rather than hoping the machine lifts it
  • Upholstery, task chairs and soft furnishings cleaned alongside where wanted
  • Drying time agreed up front and equipment used to hit it
  • NJORD accredited, and worked to the carpet manufacturer's guidance

Choices

The carpet clean options we offer

The right method depends far more on when you need the room back than on how dirty it is.

Hot water extraction

The deepest clean, for heavily soiled carpet or an annual reset. Needs several hours to dry, so it suits a weekend or a closure.

Low-moisture encapsulation

Dry in around an hour, so the room is usable almost immediately. The right choice for offices, corridors and anywhere that cannot close.

Scheduled maintenance

Regular encapsulation of traffic lanes through the year with a deeper extraction annually. Keeps commercial carpet looking even rather than letting lanes darken.

How is commercial carpet cleaning done?

There are two main methods. Hot water extraction, sometimes called steam cleaning, injects heated solution into the pile and pulls it back out with the dirt. It cleans deeply but takes hours to dry. Low-moisture encapsulation uses far less water and dries in about an hour, so you can keep the room in use.

Drying times in a wet climate

Humidity here catches out contractors from drier parts of the country. In a Bangor office in November, a carpet that would dry in four hours elsewhere can still be damp the next morning. We factor that in when we choose the method.

How we work

Our carpet clean process at a glance

No estimate priced off a drawing, and no crew arriving without knowing what they have walked into.

  1. 01

    We come and look

We walk your building before we price it. Size, access, water, power, and what the other trades have left behind.

  2. 02

    You get a fixed price

In writing, against a scope you can check. Your insurance and safety paperwork comes with it.

  3. 03

We put the right crew on

We size the team to your date. If your date moves in, we send more people.

  4. 04

    We walk it with you

We check it together before we leave. Anything not right, we put it right while we are still there.

Living with it

Looking after your carpet clean

Vacuuming does more for a commercial carpet than any deep clean. What darkens traffic lanes is grit walked in and ground into the pile, and once it has cut the fibre no cleaning brings that back. Good matting at the entrances and regular vacuuming will get you years more out of a floor.

Our guarantee

If it is not right, we come back

Tell us within 48 hours of the clean. We come back at our own cost, and we keep coming back until it passes.

About an hour with low-moisture encapsulation, which is why we use it for offices and anywhere that cannot close. Hot water extraction takes several hours, and longer in a cold building. Tell us when you need the room back and we will pick the method to suit.

Most soiling will. Some staining is permanent — bleach, some dyes, and anything that has removed colour rather than added it cannot be cleaned back in. We will look and tell you which is which before you commit, because paying for a clean in the hope a stain lifts is a poor bet and we would rather you knew.

Yes, and encapsulation is the method that makes it possible — dry in about an hour rather than overnight. For a same-day changeover on the Llŷn or Anglesey that is the difference between the clean being feasible and not. Book it in as part of the changeover schedule rather than as a separate visit.

Yes, and it is worth doing at the same time. Task chairs pick up far more than people expect and they are usually the thing a visitor notices in a meeting room. It is quick when we are already on site with the equipment, and considerably more expensive as its own visit.
