Why us
Why North Wales businesses choose our specialist cleans
Waste goes the right way
Licensed clinical stream with consignment notes, which is what an inspection asks to see.
Discreet by default
Unmarked arrival and out-of-hours where you need it. Nobody needs to know we were there.
Documented properly
A written record of what was done, in a form an insurer or regulator will accept.
Honest about what cannot be saved
If porous material has to be removed, we say so.
What it is
Bio-Hazard Cleaning, built to last in North Wales
This work needs doing properly and quietly. Waste has to go the right way, with the paperwork to prove it, and nobody needs to know we were there.
- Trained operatives in appropriate PPE, with the area contained before work starts
- Decontamination with virucidal and bactericidal products used to their stated contact time
- Sharps and clinical waste removed through a licensed stream, with consignment notes provided
- Odour neutralised at source rather than masked
- Discreet arrival — unmarked where you need it, and outside hours where that is easier
- Written record of what was done, for your insurer, landlord or regulator
Choices
The specialist clean options we offer
Most calls fall into one of three categories, and the response time differs for each.
Sharps and needle clearance
Needles and drug litter in communal areas, stairwells, gardens and void property. Swept, contained and removed through a sharps stream, with the notes to prove it.
Incident and contamination
Blood, bodily fluids, sewage escape or contamination after illness. Contained, decontaminated and documented.
Heavily soiled premises
Properties needing full decontamination before they can be re-let, refurbished or entered safely. Handled discreetly.
What counts as bio-hazard cleaning?
Bio-hazard cleaning covers any job involving material that is a risk to health. Blood and bodily fluids, sharps, clinical waste, or contamination after illness or death. It needs the right protection, the right products, and a licensed route for the waste.
The part people underestimate is the proof. Whoever owns the building keeps a duty of care over the waste after it has left, so an insurer, a housing officer or an environmental health officer can come back months later and ask what happened to it. That means three separate streams — sharps, clinical and offensive — each with its own container, its own carrier and its own paperwork. Put any of it in a builder's skip and you have swapped a cleaning problem for a regulatory one.
Response across North Wales
Distance is the real constraint on this work. From Bangor we can reach most of Gwynedd, Anglesey and the north coast quickly, and that matters — contamination gets worse and harder to put right the longer it sits.
How we work
Our specialist clean process at a glance
No estimate priced off a drawing, and no crew arriving without knowing what they have walked into.
-
01
We come and look
We walk your building before we price it. Size, access, water, power, and what the other trades have left behind.
-
02
You get a fixed price
In writing, against a scope you can check. Your insurance and safety paperwork comes with it.
-
03
We put the right crew on
We size the team to your date. If your date moves in, we send more people.
-
04
We walk it with you
We check it together before we leave. Anything not right, we put it right while we are still there.
Living with it
Looking after your specialist clean
After a bio-hazard clean the question is usually whether anything porous has to go. Carpet, underlay, plasterboard and chipboard absorb contamination past the point where cleaning is honest, and no amount of product changes that. We will tell you what can be saved and what cannot, and we would rather lose the cleaning charge on a room than hand you back something that smells again in a fortnight. Where material has to come out, we can strip it and take it away in the same visit.
Our guarantee
If it is not right, we come back
Tell us within 48 hours of the clean. We come back at our own cost, and we keep coming back until it passes.

FAQs
Common specialist clean questions
Accredited and insured
SSIP through SMAS Worksafe, CITB approved, NJORD for carpet cleaning, and a registered waste carrier with Natural Resources Wales. £10m insured. Certificates and RAMS go out with every quote, not on request.
We prioritise anything involving contamination. From Bangor we reach most of Gwynedd, Anglesey and the north coast quickly. Ring rather than email and we will give you a straight answer on timing.
Contaminated material goes through a licensed clinical waste route and you get the consignment notes as proof. This is where this kind of work most often goes wrong. Waste in a builder’s skip creates a bigger problem than the one you started with.
Not unless you want them to. We can arrive unmarked, work outside normal hours, and keep the job as low-key as it needs to be. For rented property, care settings and anywhere with neighbours close by, that is usually the first thing people ask about and it is a normal part of how we work.
Yes, but that is contract work rather than incident response, and it has its own page — healthcare and medical cleaning. Routine cleaning of a practice is priced as a contract, with a written specification and a record of every visit. What you are reading here is what we do when something has gone wrong and needs putting right in a hurry.
